The Federal Election is just around the corner (likely mid-April 2025) and this is a critical time for us to take action for climate justice! For young people of colour who care about climate justice right around the continent, this is an opportunity to fight for the justice-centric solutions we need to see for our futures, our communities, and our family across the world.

We know that our immigrant and religious parents, relatives and extended communities can be hard to talk to about climate change and the issues facing the world we live in - so the POC Climate Network is teaming up with climate comms legend Varsha Yajman (@yajmanvarsha) to host a 'How to talk to your immigrant and/or religious parents about climate this Federal Election' session!

It'll be partly debriefing and venting and hearing from POC who have done it successfully, and also brainstorming ways that we can make progress with the people closest to us.

RSVP for the Zoom link. Happening Thurs 13 March 2025 - 6:30pm (NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS); 3:30pm (WA); 5pm (NT); 6pm (SA); 5:30pm (QLD).

See you there! Hit up Grace Vegesana on +61416942034 if you have any questions :)
