We're looking for two individuals with particular expertise and experience to join AYCC's Board of Directors. As a Board Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and expert advice, ensure organisational oversight and good governance, amongst other things. You will also have a strong understanding of climate change, and a commitment to the role of young people in tackling it.

The Western Sydney Organiser is responsible for building our movement of young people and running our campaigns across Western Sydney. A critical part of our national strategy to shift the narrative on climate change and change what’s politically possible, the Western Sydney Organiser will work to build broad-based alliances; elevate the stories of culturally, linguistically and religiously diverse and climate-impacted communities in the region; and help secure critical wins on our campaigns.

By joining AYCC's Schools Team, you’ll be taking part in a nation-wide movement of young people working to create a more innovative, just and sustainable Australia! Schools mentors play an important role in providing students with the skills, knowledge and networks necessary to create change, empowering them to become the lifelong climate leaders Australia urgently needs.
