This is the LAUNCH of Queensland's brand new Centralised (online) Impact Team.

This is a space for new or current AYCC volunteers who live in regional or remote areas of Queensland and wish to help out with the current Election Campaign! All events and actions will be online, so no matter where you live you can still have an impact on targetting MPs and the Sep 25 Gas Mobilisation. As well as doing tactics for the three weeks of action leading up to the election. 

We've just won a $500 million investment in publicly owned renewables from the Queensland government - but to get to 100% renewables by 2030 we need more!  To achieve that we need to build pressure on our decisions makers and engage our communities to share why it is so important to us that we invest in a Clean Recovery and not in dirty gas which exacerbates climate change.

At the launch, we'll get a chance to share why we want to be in this space and what the aims and plans for this team are for the next few months!

So excited to have a space for volunteers all across Queensland to join!
