Welcome to the POC Climate Network's June [postponed to July 13th] monthly meeting! We're gathering virtually from all across this vast continent to explore our community, and what it means to be apart of it.
This is part of the POCCN 'learn-in' series of unpacking ours and our family's experiences of colonisation and how climate change and migration has shaped our lives and where we come to be now. This week we'll be with special guest Kavita Naidu, an international human rights lawyer and activist from Fiji specialising in feminist climate justice for grassroots women in all their diversity in Asia and the Pacific! She'll be sharing her story about her journey with climate justice, and chatting about the findings from the Climate Justice Gathering report.
