AYCC has just launched it’s new movement structure! This model seeks to further handover power & responsibility to volunteers, to provide an increase in the number & types of volunteer leadership, and build peer-to-peer support structures 😍

We’re SO excited to welcome volunteers into our Organising Support Team & Campaign Support Team!

The Organising Support Team will:

• Focused on supporting volunteers to roll-out our organising strategy
• This team will provide organising coaching on 3 main areas:
  • Starting a local group, growing the movement, managing & supporting teams

The Campaign Support Team will:

• Focused on supporting volunteers to roll-out our campaigns strategy
• They will provide support on: 
  • Implementing the national campaign strategy to a groups local context, power map local communities, tactic design, sequencing and evaluation
  • Where relevant, supporting group’s to understand deeper campaigns theory

This space will be an opportunity to:

• Build relationships with others who want to join the Organising Support Team or Campaign Support Team
• Learn more about the purpose of the team & how it fits within the national support structure
• Understand how we’re going to grow & set up the Organising Support Team or Campaign Support Team to support our national grassroots groups
