We're a group of young people fighting for climate justice. We meet every Thursday from 6:30pm at the South Hobart Community Centre, at 42 Darcy St, South Hobart (it's the big building behind the Darcy St playground). Check out the events below to see what we're up to this week!
Right now, we're campaigning to end fracking here in Tassie, through a campaign to stop fracking from happening at home, and a campaign against a Tasmanian who funds fracking in the NT. We run events such as mass protests, actions at MPs' offices, letter writing, and community engagement.
We believe that young people have the power to influence politics and society, but to do that we need to support each other to take action! We train and educate other young people on climate justice, politics, and activism. Got something you want to learn or a group you want to learn with? Let us know!
We run social events in the last week of every month, check out this page to see what we're up to!
