👩🏽‍💻Online Organising Training : How to fight the man from home 👩🏽‍💻

It’s a difficult time - and it’s never been more important for us to band together, and work towards a better world. Join an online video call to talk about how to run effective online video calls for activism (meta), digital protests and tactics, and some ways we can use these tools to help our communities.

Join on our Zoom video call here: https://zoom.us/j/306556751

This training is open to all - not just climate campaigners. We'd love to hear from other progressive activists about what you do, so we can learn from each other.

We'll cover:
- How to facilitate an online meeting
- Remote tactics to put pressure on politicians, corporations, and decision makers
- Different digital tools you can use to organise your community

The government's response has seen increased border controls, discrimination and harassment against communities of colour, and separation of families solely on the basis of someone’s visa type. Many people have lost their income, and been deprived of vital healthcare as our underfunded and underprepared services are withdrawn.

We’re all in this together. That's why those of us who are able and less at risk need to do our part to help those members of our community who will be impacted worst by coronavirus. So let's join this call together and go through some of the things we can do to organise and campaign for a better world from home!

This event will be hosted by trainers on stolen Wurundjeri, Boon Wurrung/Bunurong, and Gadigal land. We'd like to pay our respects to Elders past and present. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
