Canberra Welcome Night

Want to get involved in a movement of thousands of young people around Australia fighting for justice and a safe climate future?

If you've heard of fracking, feeling concerned about Adani or freaking out about the Great Barrier Reef, the Australian Youth Climate Coalition & Seed Indigenous Youth Climate Network have got your back, and we'll show you how you can make a positive impact in the fight for climate justice!

We are holding a Welcome/Info BBQ for volunteers old and new in Glebe Park on Monday 19th Feb, starting at 5:30pm.

The evening will consist of mingling, chats, info and food. You'll be able to hear about what we do, learn about our current campaigns and find out how you can join the fight for climate justice right here in Canberra! We'll also be painting a fresh new banner for upcoming actions.

Some food & drink will be provided, but feel free to bring along extra snacks/drinks/banner making supplies!

RSVP and please invite your friends!

This event is an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds.
