ACT Training Summit
The AYCC educates, inspires, empowers and mobilises young people to build a generation-wide movement to solve the climate crisis. One of the ways that we do this is to run training camps for young people to learn skills to become amazing organisers and run strategic campaigns to create as much impact as possible.
This training summit will have multiple training streams, with workshops tailored to all levels of skills and knowledge, so no matter how much experience you have there will be something new to learn!
You can gain new skills in communicating climate change, organising, event management, leadership, and much more! we want to continue to make 2017 a huge year for climate action, so come along and get the skills you need to make it happen.
The camp will run from 9:00am on Saturday the 22nd of April to 5:00pm, with an optional movie night, and again on Sunday the 23rd of April from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We will provide lunch and snacks both days, and dinner at the movie night on Saturday!
During Sunday lunch time we will be joining the March for Science!
