Fortnightly Meeting

Fortnightly catch up for Brisbane Inner South volunteers to plan upcoming actions, events and campaigns in the fight for climate justice. It's a great opportunity to check in and see how fellow volunteers are going, so come along for good chats.
This week we'll be continuing planning market stall events to have conversations with the community about the importance of publicly owned renewables.

We'll also be doing some phone calls/messages to new volunteers to get them along to help out at market stalls. Conversations are obviously a key part of organising and it'll be a great opportunity practise and help us grow our group! Don't stress if you haven't done calls before - there will be a few of us there to coach you through it + we won't force you to do it if you're not comfortable!

Please bring snacks to share and your laptops (so you can have access to the meeting minutes, agenda and the events calendar).
New people always welcome to come along and join the fun!

If you're under 18 and haven't already, you will need to fill out a consent form ( and email it back to the event organiser or bring it along to the meeting 👍

Our event is on the stolen lands of the Jagera people and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded. We are always fighting for climate justice + that means justice for First Nations peoples.
