Election Day actions

Election day is just around the corner. It is our last chance before voters cast their vote to chat to West Australians about making WA #WAybetter with 100% renewable energy, a ban on fracking and a just transition for workers. We will be out and about in marginal areas, having powerful conversations, a lot of fun and making sure Western Australians know where our politicians stand on creating a safe climate future.

WHEN: Saturday 11th March, 9am- 3pm.

WHERE: We'll be at a bunch of booths in the Mt. Lawley electorate (one of the marginal electorates in this election) for a few hours each. Details will be circulated before the day.

WHY: Western Australians are deciding on the future they want for the state and we know it can be #WAybetter

WHAT: powerful conversations with people as they prepare to vote to let them know about our vision for WA that is #WAybetter. Lots of costumes and fun and attempts to find the leaders of both parties to deliver a last message to them before time runs out.

Join us for a day of fun and impact on election day.

We'll be in touch before the day, but if you have any questions beforehand, please get in touch with Kirsty at Kirsty.lightfoot@aycc.org.au
